Amethyst Butterfly

Coming all the way from Uraguay, each of these amethyst clusters are carved into a beautiful butterfly shape measuring approximately 3.75 to 6 inches.
These butterflies feature saturated purple amethyst, black amethyst, and inclusions of calcite and even pyrite! Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz and owes its purple color to irradiation, iron impurities, and the presence of trace elements. Amethyst is thought to transform negative energy into positive energy, open intuition, clear and liberate, help with grief and sadness, and bring inner peace. Each piece is similar, though no item  is exactly the same as every item is a unique stone that is non-fabricated. Slight variations in color, size, and shape may exist.
